The Challenge
A logistics company operating across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain had an outdated website on an obsolete CMS. The site scored 45 on Core Web Vitals (mobile), had 6-second load times on 3G, was not mobile-responsive despite being 2025, and had zero organic traffic despite 15 years in business. The legacy CMS was locked — the client could not make updates internally.
Our Approach
Phase 1: Strategy & Architecture (Weeks 1-2)
We defined a new information architecture with 40% fewer pages by consolidating services. The structure was designed for bilingual Arabic/English with full RTL support, mobile-first responsive layouts, and an SEO foundation including meta tags, schema, sitemaps, robots.txt, and llms.txt.
Phase 2: Development (Weeks 3-8)
A custom Laravel CMS was built with bilingual support and a clean admin interface. The design used Bootstrap 5 with full RTL, integrated Cloudflare CDN, and applied critical CSS, lazy loading, and optimized image delivery.
Phase 3: SEO Integration (Weeks 5-10)
We implemented Organization, LocalBusiness, and Service JSON-LD schema. XML sitemaps were created with proper priority and changefreq. Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools were configured. llms.txt and llms-full.txt were built for AI search readiness.
Phase 4: Performance Tuning (Weeks 9-12)
Server response time was optimized from 1.2s to 0.2s. Images were converted to WebP with responsive srcset. Arabic and English font subsets were implemented. Predictive prefetching was added for key user journeys.
